On Sunday, July 16 from 2:30 - 5:30, Marnie Bounds and I will be co-facilitating a workshop for children at the newly renovated sculpture garden at the Walker Art Center. With sketchbooks in hand and our moving bodies, we will have a tour of the sculptures, learn about each artist and practice moving our bodies in playful and exploratory ways while discovering and learning. Please drop your children off at the North Entrance of the Walker Art Center (the same location for pick up at 5:30). Have your child bring their own water bottle and please have sunscreen pre-applied. Feel free to have your child bring a backpack they are comfortable carrying. This is a "weather permitting" workshop.
$55 with sketchbooks and snack provided (gluten free).
